We gladly accept returns for all apparel within 30 days from the order shipment date, provided that:

• The item(s) is in new condition
• The item(s) is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached
• The item(s) is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at service@freethugger.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sales are final for non-apparel items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, you may place a new order at any time, before or after your return has been processed. All of our items are produced in LIMITED RUNS and are NEVER REPRODUCED the same way. We can not guarantee exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will be refunded for the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax. You will not be refunded for any shipping charges.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
